The First Experience Of Planting Kale.

Long story short after quitting a job that's pretty boring, I finally went back to hometown, stay at home parents again and tried to take up farming.

In fact it used to be before to the city, I also farmed. But that time only helps parents just heck! But in contrast to this time, because I have to start again and not to help but to take up farming themselves, from planting to harvest.

Quite difficult anyway, because for about 6 years, I have left the world of agriculture. First time 6 years that I use for lecture 1 year, 5 years later I used to work with absolutely nothing to do with farming.

Very difficult indeed I felt, what else should I plant vegetables, which I had never done before. That's because when before I used to be, the city gardens in my home town is a cocoa or chocolate. But over time, the fruit of the cocoa tree and damaged by pests, so farmers have switched to other crops.

For that reason most cultivation activities was changed to vegetables, one of which is kale. And this is the first vegetable kale will I own cultivation.

Initially I was trouble, because never see ways to plant kale. So I was a bit of confusion to create them. Then after the finished hoes, the hills were formed ready planted the seed sprouts.

Well, the kale seed whatsoever I put with my sister who was still landing ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, who she said how "like this" (as my sister). Finally I followed suggestions that my little sister.

Then after spreading seed is finished, I let it do anything without me again. Finally what? When the seeds start out roots and becoming sprouts, roots direct due to the heat of the sun to dry roast.

This is the first lesson, that after the seeds are scattered in the lines that have been created, then the seeds should be deposited using soil and watered when the soil dries. The point is don't let to the land to dry and try to let the moment remain moist.

Okay, I'm still a passion, what else see the seed sprouts it starts growing and issued its first leaves. Well, a few days later, kale begins to look lush, and line up neatly. After that there's brother comes home and says that this should be fostered so that fat and not become a small tree.

The message was not just ignore me, because I consider that the ground is still fertile. But what is happening? He says is true and a few days after that my kale into thin. Finally my immediate fertilizer urea fertilizer use the suggested. But it had all been too late. My kale was still skinny, skinny-rib-like. Haduuh...

The second lesson is, kale after the leaf buds started out both, or age range 10 days then sprouts should be fostered using urea fertilizer. That the fertile sprouts and fat, so that the result is fair.

However, despite being seen to fail, it still does not matter to me. Important could still harvest. And true, no matter the harvest time finally arrived. But yes it is last, which should be the result doubled, this should be grateful for the perfunctory outcome. Yes...it okay, as a beginner who do not know anything about the planting of vegetables.

Anyway, lesson three that I can, it turns out the trunks I apply enough meetings. So don't be surprised if kale into thin, because one of them is a result of mutual too close each other.
